Customers may request for order cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot accept refund requests once we shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is totally different from your order, different size, or different color. We can also reship the correct product for FREE.

For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination. However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
